“Yes! Multimedia in Khan-Academy-like portals can add great value education specially in this mobility age.
The only way this could happen is by educating teachers to produce and curate educational content to fit their educational needs and requirements. Apple’s iBook 2.0 approach is just an example of evolution of ebooks from plain PDFs to multimedia rich interactive ones. Google and others will not leave apple alone there and should innovate to keep their competitive edge in this evergreen business.”
